ORA-19761: block sizestring isnot valid for change tracking file
Cause: While opening the specified change tracking file, itwas found that the file
header did not contain a valid logical block size. This probably means that thefile
is corrupt.
Action: Ifthe file can be repaired, do so, otherwise disable and re-enable change
tracking to re-initialize the file.
