ORA-16041: RemoteFile Server fatal error
ORA-12700to ORA-19400 13-175 Cause: TheRemote File Server (RFS) process at a redo transport destination
encountered a fatal error and was no longer available. Further redotransmission
to this destination may not be possible. Action: Referto the appropriate RFS trace file located at the redo transport
destination for details regarding the error encountered and take correctiveaction.
