ORA-13112: cannot delete topo_geometry layer

ORA-13112: cannotdelete topo_geometry layer [string] from topology
Cause: It was not possible to delete the specifiedtopo_geometry layer from the
topology.
Action: CheckUSER_SDO_TOPO_METADATA to see if the specified topo_
geometry layer is part of the topology. Only those topo_geometry layers whichare
part of the topology can be deleted from it.
