SYMPTOMS
Agent installation is failing using the below command on Windows
C:\<agent_software>\agentDeploy.bat AGENT_BASE_DIR=D:\Agnet_BaseDirectory\135 OMS_HOST=<OMS_HOST> EM_UPLOAD_PORT=<Upload_port> AGENT_REGISTRATION_PASSWORD=<password>

NFO: Setting the system property ORACLE_HOSTNAME to:
INFO: Setting the system property oracle.installer.oui_loc to:D:\<agent_home>\agent_13.5.0.0.0\oui
INFO: Inventory Location is not passed by the user or does not exist by default
INFO: Agent deployment completed successfully.


CAUSE
Installation user doesn't have access to inventory location.

Default inventory path will as below
For ex C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory

SOLUTION
Insatallation user has to be added to the ora_dba group for getting the inventory access.
Contact system administrator to provide access and retry the agent installation.

最后，解决办法，手工去增加一个目录C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory，再去安装，也可以。
