CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.

数据库：oracle 11.2.0.1

环境：asm 单实例

问题描述：安装gi执行root.sh时，报错CRS-4124，如下所示：

[root@liujun~]# /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

RunningOracle 11g root.sh script...

Thefollowing environment variables are set as:

    ORACLE_OWNER= grid

    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid

Enter thefull pathname of the local bin directory: [/usr/local/bin]:

   Copying dbhome to /usr/local/bin ...

   Copying oraenv to /usr/local/bin ...

   Copying coraenv to /usr/local/bin ...

Creating /etc/oratabfile...

Entrieswill be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by

DatabaseConfiguration Assistant when a database is created

Finishedrunning generic part of root.sh script.

Nowproduct-specific root actions will be performed.

经确认，此为11.2.0.1 安装GI的经典bug.

解决方案：在执行root.sh脚本出现 Addingdaemon to inittab时，立即在另一个session执行如下指令.待root.sh脚本成功后，ctrl+c结束dd命令.

[root@liujun~]# dd if=/var/tmp/.oracle/npohasd of=/dev/null bs=1024 count=1

注意：重新执行root.sh脚本需要删除之前配置，命令如下.

[root@liujuninstall]# /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/roothas.pl -deconfig-force -verbose
