CHANGES
Upgraded to 11.1.0.6
CAUSE
This is Unpublished Bug 6368200
Abstract: ORA-600 [KKDLREADONDISKDEFVAL]
This bug is due to an uninitialized object in the dictionary.
SOLUTION
Unpublished Bug 6368200 is 11G specific, and is found in 11.1.0.6.
It is fixed in 11.1.0.7.
There is no workaround for the bug.
Some interim patches exist for 11.1.0.7 and you can check My Oracle Support for Patch 6368200.
However, the recommendation is to apply the 11.1.0.7 patchset.
