ORA-29938: both indextype and statistics

ORA-29938: both indextype and statistics type should be system-managed
Cause: Either an ASSOCIATESTATISTICS WITH SYSTEM MANAGED
STORAGE TABLES command was issued with an indextype which is not
system-managed, or an ASSOCIATE STATISTICS command was issued with an
indextype which is system-managed.
Action: Check to see if bothindextype and statistics type are implemented with
system-managed storage tables.
