ORA-26823: string capture server string is unable to communicate with capture process "string". Cause: Capture process wasnot started properly or was aborted. Action: If Oracle GoldenGate,XStream or Streams capture process was stopped,
then restart the capture process. Otherwise, fix any errors during the capture
process creation and restart the capture process.
