ORA-26696: no string data dictionary for object with number string and version
number string from source database string

Cause: An attempt to accessthe database object failed because the data dictionary
for the object was either never populated or it was purged.
Action: Make sure theGoldenGate, XStream or Streams data dictionary is created
by calling DBMS_CAPTURE_ADM.PREPARE_%_INSTANTIATION.
