ORA-25333: Buffered Queue to Queue propagation did not connect to thecorrect instance Cause: Queue to Queuepropagation for buffered messages didn't connect to the
correct instance, most likely because service was not started for thedestination
queue. Action: No user action isrequired. Propagation will start the service for the
destination queue and retry.
