ORA-24396: invalid attribute set in server handle Cause: AttributeOCI_ATTR_NONBLOCKING_MODE has been set on the server
handle and attached in OCI_POOL mode. Connection pooling does not support
non blocking mode. Action: Do not set theOCI_ATTR_NONBLOCKING_MODE attribute on the
server handle while attaching in OCI_POOL mode.
