SYMPTOMS
Enterprise Manager 13C installation fails with the following error during Executing database related prerequsite checks:

From /tmp/install<timestamp>.log

CAUSE
Issue is due to Insufficient space in the /tmp location on the to be installed OMS host.

SOLUTION
Increase /tmp space on the OMS host.

Or

Use custom temp space during install

$./em13X00_<OS_Platform>.bin -J-Djava.io.tmpdir=<<CUSTOM_TEMP_LOC>>
