分析：
      这个错误和官方的一个BUG比较接近：Bug 9903826 - ORA-7445 [kcbsacc] and PMON crashing with ORA-7445 [kcbsslc] Causing Instance to Terminate (Doc ID 9903826.8)

解决办法：
      alter system set DB_CACHE_ADVICE = OFF;
