在DG备库开启日志应用后出现报错ORA-600 [kcbr_apply_change_11] during Active Data Guard (ADG) media recovery.
ORA-600 [kcbr_apply_change_11] during Active Data Guard (ADG) media recovery due to two identical change vectors with the same scn to format  the same block
in ASSM tablespace


REDISCOVERY INFORMATION:
- ORA-600 [kcbr_apply_change_11] during Active Data Guard (ADG) media
recovery.
- The affected datafile tablespace is ASSM (Automatic Segment Space
Management).
- The ORA-600 [kcbr_apply_change_11] trace file shows that the error is due
to two identical change vectors with the same scn to format the same block in
ASSM tablespace with operation code OP:13.21 / function ktspbfredo - Format

WORKAROUND:
In ADG, mount the database (do not open it) and restart media recovery; once
the affected redo log sequence is applied, open the ADG in read only mode.
