oracle 19.3升级19.7补丁报CheckSystemCommandAvailable处理办法

在进行oracle 19.3升级oracle 19.7，在手动打升级补丁时，补丁冲突检查没有问题，但在补丁应用时，却提示Prerequisite check"CheckSystemCommandAvailable" failed. 查看升级日志，最后也是显示那个错误提示
检查 补丁冲突内容如下：

检查并没有选错，说明补丁没有问题，但在应用补丁时，有错误，内容如下：

处理方法呢，是需要安装一个psmisc包，这个包使用系统的ISO文件配置本地yum源，进行yum安装。

在安装完成之后，再手动进行补丁的应用，即可完成升级，最后显示一下oracle版本
