报错现象：
[root@rac01 ~]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

解决办法：

发现在/lib64下面没有 libcap.so.1 这个文件
[root@RAC1 lib64]# pwd
/lib64

[root@rac01 lib64]# ls -lrt libcap*

-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 23968 Nov 20  2015 libcap-ng.so.0.0.0

-rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 20048 Apr  1 11:08 libcap.so.2.22

lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root    14 Jun 3 17:23 libcap.so.2 -> libcap.so.2.22

[root@rac01 lib64]# ls -lrt libcap.so.2

lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 14 Jun  3 17:23 libcap.so.2 -> libcap.so.2.22

[root@rac01 lib64]# ln -slibcap.so.2.22 libcap.so.1

[root@rac01 lib64]# ls -lrt libcap*
