Cause: A FLASHBACK DATABASE commandwas tried but flashback database

logging has not been enabled.

Action: Flashback database loggingmust be enabled via the ALTER DATABASE

FLASHBACK ON command before a FLASHBACK DATABASE commandcan be

tried. If the database must be taken back in time then arestore and incomplete

recovery must be performed.
