Cause: The index specified in anIGNORE_ROW_ON_DUPKEY_INDEX or

CHANGE_DUPKEY_ERROR_INDEX hint could not be found.

Action: Specify a unique index thatexists on the table. The index cannot be a

non-unique index or a bitmap index.
