ORA-19638: file string isnot current enough to apply this incremental backup
Cause: The checkpoint of the target for this incrementalbackup is less than the
start of the incremental backup. If this backup were applied, then any changes
made between the datafile checkpoint and the start of the incremental backup
could be lost.
Action: Supplya backup set that can be applied and retry the operation.
