ORA-15498: Volumename 'string'would collide with existing volume(s) 'string
string'.
Cause: A volume name was specified that would conflict withexisting volume
device(s). A volume '<vol_name>-<dg_num>' is the name of the blockdevice.
Additionally, a raw device named 'r<vol_name>-<dg_num>' is alsocreated. Since
that name already existed, a name collision occurred.
Action: Chooseanother name for the volume (no leading 'r' is recommended).
