Cause: Once a subpartition template has been specified duringa CREATE TABLE
it is illegal to specify SUBPARTITIONS or STORE IN anywhere else
Action: Removeeither the SUBPARTITIONS | STORE IN or remove the
SUBPARTITION TEMPLATE clause
