现象：
Attempting to install Oracle 19c 64bit on Microsoft Windows  server failed with below errors while selecting oracle home user.

Error log:

原因：
Issue due to JDK used on the server reported in unpublished bug
32407017 - DB INSTALLER CRASHING WITH JAVA RUNTIME ERROR

处理方法：
As bug fix cannot be backported to 19c ,following workaround can be used to fix the issue .

setup.exe -J-XX:CompileCommand=exclude,java/lang/StringBuilder.append -J-XX:CompileCommand=exclude,java/lang/AbstractStringBuilder.append
