ORA-600[723] (PGA内存泄露)

异常描述：在巡检时发现log文件存在以下告警，ORA-600[723](PGA内存泄露).

Mos[DocID 2457941.1]文档与以上场景类似，此为Bug 28751438，

Cause：CTRL-Ccauses an exception to occur, which is an abnormal abort of the spatial query.

此次内存泄漏不是非常频繁，可以忽略.不过也可以通过升级解决该告警.

Oracle提供10262事件来屏蔽这个错误，不过不推荐设置该事件.
