Description

PMON crashed with ORA-600[17147] when it tried to cleanup MMON slave processes. The error is reported for the following statement:select tbl$or$idx$part$num(sys.wri$_optstat_synopsis$, 0, ..., ..., ...) from dual; REDISCOVERY INFORMATION:If you are seeing the following conditions then you may be seeing this problem:  - The fix for bug 19450139 (which includes fix 14754390) is in place. - An MMON slave crashes and/or PMON crashes
