emctl start dbconsole启动失败

通过emctl启动dbconsole失败。
[oracle@dbserver1 log]$ emctl start dbconsole

为了方便排错，清除/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/dbserver1.linux.org_sztech/sysman/log目录下的日志文件，再重新启动dbconsole.

查看占用3938端口是否已经占用。

kill掉emagent 进程。

重新启动dbconsole
