报错现象如下：

OER 7451 in Load Indicator : Error Code =OSD-04500: illegal option specified
O/S-Error: (OS 1) 函数不正确。 !
OER 7451 in Load Indicator : Error Code =OSD-04500: illegal option specified
O/S-Error: (OS 1) 函数不正确。 !

原因：
Installed 32-bit Oracle database softwareon a 64-bit MS Windows OS which is not supported.  Here is excerpt from Note:740926.1 on this subject.

Note: For the Database software, you can ONLY install the x64 version on MSWindows (x64).
          You can NOT install the32-bit version Database software on MS Windows (x64).
       --不能在64位的windows 上安装32位的Oracle。

--解决方法
Install 32-bit Oracle database softwareonly on 32-bit MS Windows OS.
--重新安装对应版本的Oracle 软件
