ORA-28561: unable to set date format on non-Oracle system
Cause: Initialization of aHeterogeneous Services connection to set the date format
to be used on the connected non-Oracle system.
Action: If the Oracle datadictionary supplies a value for the HS_NLS_DATE_
FORMAT parameter, confirm that this value is formatted correctly by the rulesof
the non-Oracle system. Also check for additional information in log and tracefiles
generated by the Heterogeneous Services agent.
