ORA-23543: materialized view log on "string"."string" is in an inconsistent state
Cause: There was an errorwhile creating the materialized view log and the log is
currently in an inconsistent state. A possible cause could be that schema
redefinition has occurred on the master table while the log was being created.
Another possible cause could be that there were DMLs being applied on the
master table concurrently in another session at the time the materialized viewlog
creation started and those DML transactions haven't committed even after a very
long period of time.
Action: Drop the materializedview log and recreate it.
