ORA-16785: thedatabase is in NOARCHIVELOG mode Cause: The database was in NOARCHIVELOG mode when it waseither a
primary database or when it was a standby database that was being switched over
to be a primary database. Action: Setthe database to ARCHIVELOG mode by issuing the ALTER
DATABASE ARCHIVELOG command.
