ORA-13469: cannotperform updateRaster operation
Cause: The data of the source GeoRaster object could not beused to update that
of the target GeoRaster object.
Action: Makesure the source and the target GeoRaster objects have the same cell
depth, and that both objects are either georeferenced or not georeferenced atall. If
both are georeferenced, they should be in the same coordinate system and have
the same spatial resolutions.
