Cause: Theoperation failed because the GeoRaster object had an inappropriate
type or format for the specified compression method. The GeoRaster type or
format is not supported for the specified compression.
Action: Checkthe error message for details. Check the documentation for the
appropriate GeoRaster types and formats for each compression method. Use SDO_
GEOR.changeFormatCopy to transform the GeoRaster object to an appropriate
format, or apply another compression method.
