ORA-12811:PARALLEL_MIN_SERVERS must be less than or equal to PARALLEL_
MAX_SERVERS, string
Cause: Anattempt was made to set the PARALLEL_MIN_SERVERS parameter to
a value higher than PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS.
Action: SetPARALLEL_MIN_SERVERS to a value less than or equal to
PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS (indicated in the accompanying message) and retry.
