ORA-06569: Collectionbound by bind_array contains no elements
Cause: A collection with zero elements was bound to a bindvariable in a call to
procedure BIND_ARRAY in the package DBMS_SQL. In order to execute a bind of
a collection, the collection must contain at least one element. If no elementsare
present then at execute time there will be no value for this bind and thestatement
is meaningless.
Action: Fillthe collection with the elements you want to bind and try the bind call
again.
