EM 13.4 Agent Failed to start with the following errors:

原因：
Filesystem is either corrupted or permissions are changed.

处理方法：
Ensure that all the sub-directories of agent home and agent_inst are valid.

Restore the agent filesystem from valid backup.

If no backup is available, reinstall agent.
