Symptoms
After adding a new tempfile to the Temp tablespace during the import process, the same was aborted because of error ORA-0600 [ktstgrowseg-retry]


Impdp logfile:

ORA-39014: One or more workers have prematurely exited.

Added a tempfile to the temporary tablespace.

Cause
There are no patches presently for this error but the workaround is used to correct the error. There is one open unpublished bug being worked by development for a future release to address this issue, unpublished Bug 27726513 : ETL:HITS ORA-600 [KTSTGROWSEG-RETRY], SIGNAL_FUNC: KTSTGROWSEG.


Solution
There is no data loss/corruption and the failure is transient and will work on retry.
