CAUSEDue to bug: BUG 17186167 - FREQUENT "SENDING IOCTL 2285 TO A PARTITION" IN SYSTEM MESSAGES
SOLUTIONBug 17186167 is fixed in 18.1. Apply one-off Patch 17186167 to both grid and rdbms home. If interim patch does not exist for your platform/version,engage Oracle Support to request a patch.
