ORA-48130: invalid lock parameters for getfile lock [string]

Cause: Invalid lock parameters passedin for the get file lock routine. The user

must pass in file as the lock type. Or, there is a lockmode mismatch. Exclusive

locks are not allowed in read-only mode, and shared locksare not allowed in

write-only mode.

Action: Check that correct lock typeis specified and that the correct lock mode is

requested for the file given its open flags.
