ORA-28272: Domain policy restricts password based GLOBAL userauthentication. Cause: Domain policy doesnot allow password-authenticated GLOBAL users. Action: Make sure ORACLEserver is using right SSL credentials to connect to
LDAP directory services. Make sure orclDBAuthTypes attributes within Oracle
enterprise domain object is either set to PWD or ALL.
