ORA-26921: Cannot alter the start SCN or time of string Capture "string".
Cause: An attempt was madeto alter the start SCN or time for a capture while
other outbound servers were still attached to it.
Action: Execute thefollowing: 1) Get the names of other outbound servers
currently attached to the specified Capture using the query: SELECT server_name
FROM dba_xstream_outbound WHERE (status = 'ATTACHED') AND (server_
name <> '<altered_server>') AND (capture_name ='<specified_capture_name>');
2) Detach the client application from each server_name returned. 3) Retry the
operation.
