ORA-26886: LCR commit position ('string') must be greater than the applied high
position of the XStream inbound server (position='string').
Cause: The position of thecommit LCR was less than or equal to the applied high
postion of the XStream inbound server.
Action: Set the commit positionhigher than the applied high position.
