ORA-24274: no row exists in the string table for these parameters
Cause: A call was made toupdate a row that does not exist or a foreign key value
supplied to create a table does not exist.
Action: Create the row usingthe appropriate API or check the parameters used to
create the new row to ensure that all specified values exist.
