ORA-23621: Operation corresponding to script

ORA-23621: Operation corresponding to script string is in progress.
Cause: The script wasalready being run in a different session or was terminated
before status for the script was updated to ERROR or EXECUTED.
Action: Make sure the scriptis not being run in a parallel session. Then call the
RECOVER_OPERATION API in the DBMS_STREAMS_ADM package with the
appropriate OPERATION_MODE argument.
