ORA-23322: Privilege error accessing pipe
Cause: You either tried tocreate a pipe that already existed and belonged to
someone else, or remove a pipe that you were not authorized to use, or put a
message into a pipe that you were not authorized for, or get a message from apipe
that you were not authorized for.
Action: You may have to use adifferent pipename.
