oracle19c关闭密码复杂度校验

check if Password verification function is Enabled. Failed
Recommendation : Oracle strongly recommends that you disable the password verification function in your database before proceeding any further.

CorrectionType : Manual

Log Location : /tmp/OraInstall/install2.log

密码复杂度，是静态参数，还是动态参数？是否需要重新启动数据库？
解决：设置密码复杂度为 null，重启动数据库，再重新运行emcc安装脚本
SQL> alter profile default limit PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION null;
Profile altered.
