Oracle service suddenly crashes on Windows Server 2016.
When it crashes, there is no error output in the alert log.

CAUSE
This issue was investigated by bug 30777036.
As a result of the investigation, it has been determined that the issue is caused by unpublished bug 29920804.
If this issue occurrs, you will frequently see the following stack in the <sid>core.log.
