  emp.log
  emp_%p.log_xt
for more information about the load.

这个问题，主要是当前文件放在 /home/oracle 目录下导致，
由于GRID用户无法访问 /HOME/ORACLE 目录，因此报错，可以把文件放到/tmp下去，即可。
再在/tmp下去执行sqlldr即可。
