标题: 创建代理pdb报ORA-17628,ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
如果我们在创建代理PDB时，报这个错误：

SQL> create pluggable database pxpdb1 as proxy from pdb1@link_cdb1;
create pluggable database pxpdb1 as proxy
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-17628: Oracle error 1031 returned by remote Oracle server
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

说明这个link_cdb1 对应的用户权限没有sysoper权限。
