如下：
在oda上增加软件，始终报以下错误：
/opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli update-repository -f/tmp/oda-sm-18.7.0.0.0-190911-server2of2.zip,/tmp/oda-sm-18.7.0.0.0-RELEASE-server1of2.zip

DCS-10001:INTERNAL ERROR ENCOUTERED:dcs servers are not available on all nodes,update repo will not be successful

重新安装操作系统都这样，后来才发现两根心跳交叉了。换正确后，自动就解决了。
