On : 12.2.0.1 version, Clusterware
Opatch analyze for the patch 27468969 fails with the below error message.

Cause
Opatch versions is different in GI and RDBMS home.
Solution
Upgrade opatch to latest version and keep it consistent between GI home and RDBMS home. https://updates.oracle.com/download/6880880.html
