ORA-38764: flashback not started; datafile stringenabledthreads are different

Cause: A FLASHBACK DATABASE commanddid not start. The datafile was

restored from a backup taken when the enabled threadswere different than at the

time of the flashback.

Action: The flashback cannot beperformed. Perform a restore and an incomplete

recovery instead.
